"Whenever I have a question I call in to local office in Corpus Christi, Texas. I usually speak with Tammie as she answers the phone regularly and I had a question regarding a letter I received in the mail the other day. She was very thorough and explained to me very well. She also mentioned that my vehicle insurance had gone down a bit. So far I've been very satisfied with State Farm except the ten dollar late charge as that is very steep. According to my pay schedule I usually pay insurance after the 14th of every month and for the past couple of months have had to pay an extra ten dollars for each month. It's obvious I am not happy about that extra charge."
