Hello, my name is John Serrata and I have been with Enrique Espinoza-State Farm since January of 2022.
I am licensed to help customers with a variety of insurance policies such as auto, homeowners, renters and commercial liability to name a few.
There’s so many things I enjoy about my position as the Assistant Manager. Enrique Espinoza-State Farm is a company that cares about the community and helping them prepare for life’s unexpected moments. I work with an amazing team that are willing to go the extra mile for our customers. The thing I love the most is the interaction I have with the customers. I enjoy listening to their concerns and taking that information to create a policy that fit their needs. My goal is to create a great customer service experience and make sure they feel like family.
On my free time, I enjoy being with my family and friends. My kids keep me busy with their basketball training, practice, games, and tournaments. I wouldn’t want it any other way. I do, however, try to sneak in a round of golf when I can and plan a BBQ when possible.
